INFORMAL TENDER Sale Procedure
The property is to be sold by informal tender and interested parties should state the price they are prepared to pay in writing by the closing date of Monday 1st April 2019 at 12 noon.

To make an offer, applicants should state whether or not the transaction would be related to the sale of another property, how much they are prepared to pay and what financial arrangements have been made to facilitate the purchase. It is not expected that the successful applicant will wish to reopen negotiations following agreement to purchase and interested parties are welcome to survey/inspect the site prior to the closing date and intending purchasers should satisfy themselves as to the adequacy of the required services.

The vendor reserves the right to accept or reject any offer as they see fit. Once solicitors have been instructed in the sale, the successful applicants will be expected to exchange contracts within four weeks, failing which the vendor reserves the right to withdraw from the sale and/or sell to another party.
